View and download lists of related genes across genomes.

Experiments

Browse and download results from high-throughput functional genomic experiments (e.g. microarrays and proteomics data). Contact us if you would like to submit your own data to the database.

Strains

View collections of mutant strains associated with specific genomes. This currently primarily contains E. coli K-12 MG1655 strains.
